sushi culture
Eastern Creek Quarter, NSW
The design makes no apologies for its character. Vibrant orange and blue tones dominate the palette, from the cobalt blue shopfront frames to the blue painted ceiling that transforms under the warmth of the interior lighting — shifting in tone and creating a dynamic, glowing atmosphere that spills through the glazed facade and pulls people in from the street. Inside, white subway tile banquettes, Japanese-inspired wall art, oversized paper lanterns, and custom oval signage layer together to create a space that feels electric, immersive, and full of life.
Every surface, every detail, every colour choice was deliberate — designed to turn heads, set the mood, and make the brand instantly recognisable from the moment customers arrive at the precinct.
The result is a fitout that does the marketing for you — a space so visually distinct that it becomes part of the brand itself.
Sushi Culture at Eastern Creek Quarter is one of those projects that stops people in their tracks — and that was exactly the intention.
Engaged across both design and fitout, our team developed a space that brings the energy and personality of Japanese street food culture to life in a way that's bold, playful, and completely impossible to walk past.
