WONDER SUSHI

Norwest, NSW

This idea informed both the spatial planning and visual identity of the venue. Straight lines, repeating geometries, and layered materials were used to create a sense of rhythm and motion throughout the space. Every detail was considered to guide the customer journey seamlessly, allowing the environment to feel immersive, fluid, and constantly active.

The design balances contemporary minimalism with warmth and energy, creating a venue that feels dynamic without becoming overwhelming. Through the integration of timber finishes, lighting, and carefully considered construction detailing, the space reflects the fast-paced yet refined nature of modern dining culture.

At its core, the project represents continuity — not only in the movement of the sushi train, but in the connection between design, experience, and functionality.

“Wonder Sushi” is interpreted as an endless reflection and continuation of form — a visual system inspired by repetition, movement, and flow. Much like the experience of a sushi train itself, the concept is built around continuity: an uninterrupted loop that constantly evolves while remaining connected as one cohesive experience.
