Overview:

Sushi Culture at Eastern Creek Quarter is a Design & Construction project that captures the energy and character of Japanese street food culture through a bold, immersive hospitality environment. From concept development through to construction, Cubit Projects delivered a restaurant designed to be vibrant, memorable and instantly recognisable.

The design embraces colour and personality with a confident palette of orange and cobalt blue. Blue shopfront frames, a painted ceiling and warm feature lighting work together to create a dynamic atmosphere that draws attention from within the centre and invites customers into the space. Inside, white tiled banquette seating, Japanese-inspired graphics, oversized paper lanterns and custom signage combine to create an interior that feels energetic, playful and unmistakably on-brand.

Every material, finish and construction detail was carefully considered to balance visual impact with the practical demands of a busy hospitality venue. Through close coordination of design, detailing and construction, the original concept was carried through to completion with consistency and attention to quality.

The result is a Japanese restaurant that delivers more than just a memorable dining experience—it creates a distinctive brand environment that stands out within Eastern Creek Quarter while supporting the day-to-day operation of the business.
