Overview:

Bunsik Griffith is a Construction & Fit-Out project delivered by Cubit Projects for an established Korean street food franchise. Working within an existing brand identity and operational requirements, our team was engaged to construct the new restaurant to a high standard while maintaining the quality, consistency and functionality expected across the franchise.

The project involved the delivery of a complete hospitality fit-out, including customer ordering areas, dining spaces, self-service stations and back-of-house facilities. Through careful coordination of trades, services and installation, the restaurant was completed efficiently and prepared for operation in line with the franchise programme.

The finished venue delivers a practical and welcoming customer experience, with high-quality construction supporting the operational needs of a busy quick-service restaurant. The result is a well-executed commercial fit-out that reflects the established Bunsik brand while providing a durable, functional environment built for everyday service.
