Oliver Brown at Lake Macquarie Square is a Construction & Fit-Out project delivered by Cubit Projects within a busy, live shopping centre environment. Commencing with the complete demolition of the existing tenancy, our team managed the full construction process through to the delivery of a fully operational café, carefully coordinating works to meet programme requirements while minimising disruption to surrounding retailers and centre operations.

The project involved the complete transformation of the tenancy, including demolition, new partitions, services coordination, custom joinery installation, front-of-house customer areas, food and beverage preparation zones, digital menu integration and all associated fit-out works. Careful sequencing and trade coordination ensured construction progressed efficiently within the constraints of an active shopping centre.

The completed café provides a welcoming and functional hospitality environment that supports the Oliver Brown brand while meeting the operational demands of a busy retail tenancy. The result is a high-quality commercial fit-out delivered from demolition through to practical completion, ready for trade from opening day.
